Refund & Return Policy – The Butcher’s Block Oman

At The Butcher’s Block Oman, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, fresh, and made-to-order meat products. As our products are highly perishable and specially prepared upon confirmation of your order, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been confirmed. We kindly request customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.

Returns are accepted only in cases where an incorrect product has been delivered. Customers are required to inspect their order at the time of delivery or self-pickup and report any discrepancy immediately, and no later than 24 hours from the time of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition for verification. Upon confirmation of an incorrect delivery, customers may choose either a replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, not exceeding 14 working days. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction, subject to deduction of applicable transaction, banking, or delivery charges where necessary. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged upon acknowledgment of receipt and processed through a mutually agreed method.

As all products are freshly cut and sold by weight, the final delivered weight may vary by ±50 grams from the estimated weight displayed at the time of purchase, and the final price will reflect the actual weight supplied. Promotional discounts and online payment offers apply only to eligible prepaid orders, and The Butcher’s Block Oman reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order where a promo code has been applied.

For grills and accessories supplied through partner vendors, any issues arising after delivery will be supported by our team within 7 working days of reporting, subject to the partner’s applicable terms and conditions. For any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately upon delivery.
